New rear lamp series W293 and W294 represent a completely new design developed on the basis of experience gained from creating previous WAŚ lamp models. Both series are five-function multifunctional rear lamps, which – depending on the user's needs – can be additionally equipped with a side marker light SM1, bottom licence plate illumination or a power connector compatible with the vehicle’s electrical system and additional devices powered from the lamp.
All models are distinguished by the characteristic shape of the LED position light.
The basic division of the series is based on the shape of the reflective device:
• W293 – with a triangular reflector integrated with the lamp, designed for trailers, semi-trailers, agricultural and slow-moving machines,
• W294 – with a polygon-shaped reflector, dedicated to motor vehicles.
Unlike previous series, the new W293 and W294 lamps are no longer divided into bulb, hybrid and full LED versions. The new lamp series are available in three construction variants:
• bulb version with red lens and optional LED module,
• LED version with red lens and optional bulb module,
• fully LED version with transparent lens.
In the first two variants (with red lens), an innovative design solution has been applied, allowing the user to change the lighting technology independently. In bulb versions, the user can purchase a dedicated LED module and easily replace any of the four light fields (stop, indicator, reverse or fog) with LED ones.
Similarly, in LED versions – each of the four modules can be disconnected and, thanks to the built-in reflector and bulb socket, the LED light can be converted into a traditional bulb light.
Fully LED versions with transparent lens stand out with a slightly different concept. The position light field is shared with the indicator, and the user can choose between black or white housing, and between a static or dynamic indicator.
In the central part of the characteristic position light, the WAŚ logo has been placed, emphasizing the distinctive design of the brand. For customers preferring neutral solutions, NN versions – without logo – are also available.
