(European Agreement concerning the international carriage of dangerous goods by road adopted in Geneva on 30 September 1957. (as amended), and later ratified in Poland in 1975. (Dz.U. nr 35 poz. 189)).
The ADR agreement consists of: introductory provisions and 2 technical Annexes A and B divided into 9 thematic parts. Annex A contains the division of hazardous materials, Annex B sets out the requirements for vehicles and crew regarding the design and approval of the vehicle (part 9). The provisions are amended every 2 years (odd year) with a 6-month transition period.
In accordance with Part 9 of Annex B and traffic regulations, the lighting installed on vehicles transporting dangerous goods and materials must meet certain requirements.
WAŚ lamps also comply with ADR requirements, which is confirmed by certificates issued by an independent, reputable laboratory. Appropriate versions of individual lamps from different product groups have obtained ADR certificates.
The following lamps are available in versions that have been proven to meet ADR requirements. The WAŚ lamps are sufficiently strong and hermetic, with properly secured and adapted wiring. Therefore, they can be used in vehicles intended for transporting hazardous materials and goods. Thus, we are extending the catalogue of vehicles on which WAŚ lamps are used, and, consequently, the group of potential customers.
All of our lamps with the ADR mark next to the index number meet the ADR requirements for AT, FL, EX / II and EX / III vehicles and can be used outside of zones 0 and 1. Please read the ADR test report before installation as some of the lamps have additional restrictions concerning the rules of proper installation on the vehicle.
