High beam - intensity 1lx axis

The W221 front assembly lamps are extremely efficient FULL LED lightbars available in On-Road and Off-Road versions. Lamp with public road approval comes with: driving light, position light and yellow or blue warning light. The Offroad version has a very powerful work light and a flashing light (yellow or blue) or white illumination in a static or dynamic version – called “animation”. Additionally, animated light can be changed to positive mode or negative mode (either light or shadow moves between lamps edges)
Lamps size is 20 inches and are available with a standard clear or tinted "DARK" lens. SUPER DARK version has additionally darkened internal modules. OFFROAD version lamps are offered with diffused light for wide-angle illumination of the working field or with concentrated light to reach further in the distance.
The lamp bodies of the W221 are straight line-shaped and each lamp consist of two light emitting sections: narrow on the top and wide on the bottom. Light animation is available on both sections.
The W221 series lightbars are electromagnetically compatible. All the lamps meet the required standards and are resistant to dust and moisture. Moreover, they are universal in voltage supply - they operate in the range of 12V - 24V.

Lamp body

The shape of the lamp's body and high-quality aluminium used in the production increase the amount of heat dissipated, and thus extend the life of LEDs. In addition, the entire body has a double protection against corrosion, which make it trouble-free for many years.

Special membrane

A completely sealed lamp could have adverse effects with large temperature fluctuations and changing weather conditions. Therefore for the proper functioning of all its components, it is important to maintain adequate air circulation. For this purpose, lightbars are equipped with a special membrane, which, in addition to proper air circulation, simultaneously protects against moisture and water.

High quality materials

Individual components of the lightbars are manufactured from high-quality materials, including a lens that is made of durable polycarbonate, which is characterized by increased resistance to breakage and mechanical damage. In addition, the lens itself has been covered with a special, reinforcing coating that protects it from scratches.
